Pilotage Services Request and Undertaking
Our Pilotage Services Request and Undertaking Form has been rearranged to include the additional requested information in the Pilotage Tariff, which entered into force on 01.09.2022, and has been made available to our Agents.
Dear Agents; When filling in the Request Form, entering the requested information in full and completely; It will ensure that the service to be provided and the accrual to be made will be made correctly.
Invoices are issued and entered into the LYBS system according to your statements in the request form and 30% public share is paid to the state.
In case of incomplete, incorrect or erroneous statements, the responsibility belongs to the agencies.
Our esteemed agents should keep this issue in mind.
