Pilotage Services Request and Undertaking
Our Pilotage Services Request and Undertaking Form has been revised to include the additional information required under the Pilotage Tariff that entered into force on 01.09.2022, and has been made available for the use of our esteemed Agencies.
While completing the Request Form, our esteemed Agencies are kindly requested to
enter all required information fully and accurately,
as this will ensure that both the service to be provided and the related accruals are carried out correctly.
Based on the declarations stated in the Request Form, invoices are issued accordingly, recorded in the LYBS system, and a 30% public share is paid to the state. Responsibility for any incomplete, incorrect, or erroneous declarations rests with the Agencies.
